Managing Students with Seizures:
Continuing Education Class with Credits
The National Association of School Nurses (NASN) and The Epilepsy Foundation have teamed up to create a continuing education program for school nurses. The program is titled "Managing Students with Seizures: A Training for School Nurses." Because the NASN is involved, nurses can be assured that the objectives and content are specifically designed to meet the real and immediate needs of school nurses. This program is generally a three and one-half hour event with 3.2 contact hours awarded.
